OpenAI CEO 奥特曼前两天发了一篇博文，名字叫「温和的奇点」（The Gentle Singularity），文中有一句话是这么说的 Then focus on making superintelligence cheap, widely ***ailable, and not too concentrated with any person, company, or country.这段话明确指出，未来的超级智能（superintelligence）必须实现 低成本、大规模普及，且不应被少数个人、公司或国家垄断。

换言之，AI 应像电力一样普及——前提是要做好基础设…。
